Our Fees in 2023/24
We will put an open management contract in place
but you are not bound by it for any set period.
But we know that you will never go back to long term lease.
There is a once off $600 Flat fee upon signing of contract.
This is for the many hours it will take to set up your property
on websites and get the bookings started.
We also contact all corporate clients and make them aware of your property.
We will also guide & assist you in setting up your house.
As soon as you give us a date that the house will be ready
we can take bookings from that date even before the house is ready.
Then there's $55 per month for the Channel Manager account.
You must have a channel manager account to advertise, control availability and rates
on all the websites at the same time.
It's like a central point that feeds all the rates, availability, etc.
This fee, after the initial payment, will be deducted from booking pay outs.
Apart from those two fees we charge much the same as a Real Estate
Only 8% of the Gross Rent/turnover of the property.
But we expect to raise a lot more rent per year.
Which means your Profit will be a lot higher.
WE WORK HARD TO INCREASE YOUR RETURN
The better we work, the more demand for your property,
the higher the nightly rate, the more you make.
We have a minimum stay of 6 nights.
You will be making a lot more profit on your hard earned investment.
